When you submit a booking request through our website, we collect the following information:

• Contact information — first name, last name, phone number, and email address
• Booking details — pickup and dropoff addresses, travel date and time, service type, number of passengers, and trip type
• Payment information — processed securely through Square. We do not store your credit or debit card details on our systems
• Service-specific details — for airport rides: flight number, airline, and terminal. For mobility rides: VA facility, purpose of visit, emergency contact, and mobility device information
• SMS consent preferences — whether you opt in to transactional or marketing SMS messages
• Referral source — how you heard about us

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Process and confirm your booking
• Assign a driver and coordinate your ride
• Send booking confirmation, driver assignment, ride reminders, and post-ride follow-up via SMS and email
• Send promotional SMS messages if you have opted in (Consent is not a condition of purchase. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP)
• Comply with legal obligations
• Improve our services

4. SMS Communications

By submitting a booking request, you consent to receive transactional SMS messages from Rovr Ride Service LLC or ROVR MOBILITY SERVICE regarding your booking. If you opt in to marketing SMS, you may receive up to 4 promotional messages per month from Rovr Ride Service LLC, or up to 2 community update messages per month from ROVR MOBILITY SERVICE.

Message and data rates may apply. To opt out of SMS messages at any time, reply STOP. For help, reply HELP or contact us at admin@rovrride.com.

5. How We Share Your Information

Mobile Data Sharing: No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support of services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

We will never sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their own marketing purposes. We may share your information only in the following limited circumstances:

• Drivers — your name, pickup address, and dropoff address are shared with your assigned driver to complete your ride
• Payment processor — Square processes your payment securely. Their privacy policy governs how they handle your payment data
• Service providers — we use GoHighLevel (GHL) to manage bookings and communications. Your booking data is stored in our GHL account
• Legal requirements — we may disclose your information if required by law or to protect the rights and safety of our customers, drivers, or the public

6. Data Retention

We retain your booking information for as long as necessary to provide our services and comply with legal obligations. If you would like your data deleted, contact us at admin@rovrride.com and we will process your request within 30 days.

7. Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your personal information. Our website is served over HTTPS. Payments are processed by Square and never stored on our systems. Booking data is stored securely in GoHighLevel.

8. Your Rights

You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information. To exercise these rights, contact us at admin@rovrride.com.

9. Children's Privacy

Our services are not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

11. ROVR Mobility Service

ROVR MOBILITY SERVICE is the nonprofit arm of Rovr Ride Service LLC providing free transportation to U.S. veterans traveling to and from VA facilities. When you submit a Mobility ride request, we collect the same categories of information described above, including your veteran status confirmation, VA facility destination, mobility device needs, escort information, and emergency contact details. This information is used solely to coordinate your ride and is never sold, rented, or shared with third parties. Mobility ride data is stored and managed through the same secure systems described in this policy.
