These Terms & Conditions govern your use of Rovr Ride Service and ROVR MOBILITY SERVICE. By submitting a booking request, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully before booking.

1. About Us

Rovr Ride Service LLC ("Rovr," "we," "us," or "our") is a professional transportation company serving the southern Dallas–Fort Worth metropolitan area. ROVR MOBILITY SERVICE is the nonprofit arm of Rovr Ride Service LLC, providing free transportation to U.S. veterans. Contact us at admin@rovrride.com.

2. Booking & Confirmation

All ride requests submitted through our website are subject to review and approval by our dispatch team. Submitting a booking request does not guarantee a confirmed ride. You will receive a payment link via SMS or email within 1 business day if your request is approved. Your ride is confirmed only after payment is received and a confirmation message is sent to you.

All rides must be requested at least 6 hours in advance of the scheduled pickup time. We reserve the right to decline any booking request at our discretion.

3. Pricing & Payment

All pricing is flat-rate and zone-based. Prices are displayed on our website and include 8.25% Texas state sales tax. Full payment is required to confirm your booking. We accept credit and debit cards processed securely through Square. No deposits or advance holds are collected.

Group pricing applies for parties of 5–10 passengers. Pricing is determined by your pickup ZIP code and the zone it falls within. Round trip pricing is equal to twice the one-way zone rate.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

The following cancellation policy applies to all paid bookings:

  • 24 hours or more before pickup — Full refund issued
  • 2–24 hours before pickup — No charge, no refund
  • Less than 2 hours before pickup or no-show — Non-refundable

Cancellations must be submitted by contacting us directly at admin@rovrride.com or via SMS reply to your confirmation message. Rovr Mobility Service rides carry no cancellation fee as no payment is required.

5. Service Area

Rovr Ride Service operates within a 45-mile radius of DFW Airport, serving the southern Dallas–Fort Worth metropolitan area. Service is limited to ZIP codes within our defined service zones. We do not guarantee availability in all areas at all times.

6. Operating Hours

Rides are available daily from 4:00 AM to 9:00 PM CST. Last pickup is at 9:00 PM for airport and mobility rides. Venue rides for sporting events and concerts may be scheduled until midnight. Booking requests may be submitted at any time through our website. Requests submitted outside operating hours will be reviewed the following business day.

7. Passenger Responsibilities

Passengers are responsible for being ready at the confirmed pickup location at the scheduled pickup time. Rovr reserves the right to treat late passengers (more than 10 minutes) as a no-show. Passengers must behave in a respectful manner toward drivers. Rovr reserves the right to refuse or terminate service for disruptive or unsafe behavior without refund.

8. SMS Communications

By submitting a booking request, you consent to receive transactional SMS messages from Rovr Ride Service LLC or ROVR MOBILITY SERVICE. These include booking confirmation, driver assignment notifications, ride reminders, and post-ride follow-up. Message frequency varies by booking activity.

If you opt in to marketing SMS, you may receive up to 4 promotional messages per month. Consent is not a condition of purchase. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP. For help, reply HELP or contact us at admin@rovrride.com. Message and data rates may apply. We will never sell, rent, or share your phone number or personal information.

9. ROVR Mobility Service Terms

ROVR MOBILITY SERVICE provides free transportation to U.S. veterans traveling to and from VA facilities. Eligibility is limited to verified U.S. veterans. By submitting a Mobility ride request, you confirm that you are a U.S. veteran and that the information provided is accurate. Mobility rides are subject to availability and may be denied if eligibility cannot be confirmed. There is no cost for this service and no cancellation fee.

10. Limitation of Liability

Rovr Ride Service LLC and ROVR MOBILITY SERVICE are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not responsible for items left in vehicles. Our liability for any claim arising from a completed ride is limited to the amount paid for that ride.

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes arising from your use of our services shall be resolved in the courts of Dallas County, Texas.

12. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
